Hypnotherapy can help you make positive changes; giving you the skills and mindset you need to create and start living your best life. Sometimes seeking those changes can be difficult especially when we have been living with our issues for a long time. We may not even know where to start or feel we don’t have the ability to make those changes. But we all do! It is my aim to offer you a safe, compassionate environment and to support you all the way to your end goal, be that more confidence, self esteem, to reduce anxiety, stop smoking, get a better night’s sleep or even help with weight reduction. I will work with you to create a treatment plan that is tailored just for you. There is no one size fits all when it comes to therapy. Everyone is unique and I feel passionate about helping people to live a happier, healthier more fulfilled life. Having suffered with social anxiety in the past myself for many years I have seen firsthand the benefits of hypnotherapy and self hypnosis and I am more than excited to share those benefits with you, leaving you with the ability to take what you have learnt and ultimately have your own set of powerful tools to cope with all of lifes ups and downs. The way we think determines the way we feel and behave. Hypnotherapy can help us understand, identify and change limiting beliefs and negative thinking patterns. We often perceive a situation and react to it according to how we think about it rather than the situation itself but by having more control over our thoughts and therefore our feelings we can deal with any situation more effectively. Thoughts that are more progressive, that make us feel better, happier and more motivated will then have more of a positive effect on our behaviour leading us to act in a way that is beneficial to us.
